Fitness walks in Morningside Park led by exercise consultant Nancy Bruning. The sessions will include a variety of exercises that use park features such as stairs, benches, and retaining walls to work every muscle group. Free.

Rainbow Flag Ceremony at Stonewall, Stonewall National Monument (Greenwich Village), 12pm

The Rainbow Flag, the international symbol of LGBT liberation and pride, will be unveiled in a special ceremony at the historic Stonewall National Monument. This event marks the first time that the LGBT flag waves over federally-funded land, under the permanent stewardship of the National Park Service. With perormances by Telly Leung and Cantor Steve Zeidenberg. Free.

Frank Conniff’s Cartoon Dump, QED (Queens), 8:30pm – 10:30pm

Frank Conniff (TV’s Frank on Mystery Science Theater 3000) hosts a variety/stand-up show in the guise of a fake kid’s show. Frank hosts the show in character as Moodsy, the Clinically Depressed Owl, and shows a bunch of weird and crappy old cartoons between stand-up, music and sketches. $6.
