Create your own masterpiece inspired by work from famous artists using various art techniques. The series will include an overview of the artist or technique, followed by a hands-on workshop. Free. RSVP.

Seaport Fit with Physique 57, Pier 17, 89 South St – Seaport District, 6:30pm – 7:30pm

The Physique 57 method blends cardio, strength training, stretching and recovery. Using your own body weight as resistance, this workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, seat and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. Free. RSVP.

Join host Boris Khaykin and his sidekick Uncle Jawnee Conroy for a late night show where improvisers break down his interview with guests. This month’s lineup includes Jamilah Lemieux (iOne Digital, EBONY, Engagement Advisor for #Cynthia4NY) and
Jeffrey Gurian (Author ‘Healing Your Heart By Changing Your Mind,’ Comedy Matters TV). The event will also feature standup from Emmy Blotnick (Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Conan, Comedy Central Half Hour). $7 – $10.
