Celebrate the launch of SoHo Memory Project’s newly reimagined and redesigned website! This digital initiative is an immersive, interactive, multi-media archive of resources on the cultural, social, political, and urban history of the area now called SoHo. With documentation spanning from colonial times through to the present, a focus is placed on the decades between 1960-1980, when SoHo was a thriving artists’ community. Have some wine and snacks and take a tour of the SoHo Memory Project mobile museum. Free. RSVP.

Roxanne Gay, a powerful literary voice and one of today’s most-watched cultural critics, joins in a reading and conversation with acclaimed fiction writer Katia D. Ulysse. Gay’s best-selling books include Bad Feminist; Hunger: A Memoir of (My) Body; and Difficult Women. Ulysse is the author of Drifting and Mouths Don’t Speak.
