Monotony! is the only show that enlists comedians and storytellers to go deep on their weird obsessions with seemingly boring things. Their passion and disturbing breadth of knowledge on topics like The Science of Urinal Cakes and The History of the Rubber Duck will leave you laughing — and possibly leaving with a brand new obsession of your own. New York Euripides Summer Festival Presents ‘Suppliants,’ The East River Park Amphitheater in John V. Lindsay East River Park – LES, 6pm – 7:30pm

Enjoy a fully-staged production of Suppliants by the American Thymele Theatre. Suppliants follows widows and children of war victims who go to Eleusis, near Athens, to seek justice and permission to bury their dead heroes. Free.
