Around NYC Today (1/9) Standups Improvise TED Talks, Bill Frisell

THINGS TO DO

Bill Frisell: Desert Island Discs, The National Jazz Museum in Harlem, 7pm – 10pm

Legendary guitarist Bill Frisell does the impossible— narrowing down the vast range of jazz, rock, blues, and country recordings he loves into a slender list of 8 life-altering discs. Join Frisell, along with host Ted Panken, in sharing the music he just can’t live without. $10 suggested donation.
