Downtown Brooklyn Gets Lit, Albee Square, 5:30pm

Join this tree, menorah, and street lighting ceremony. Performances from DJ Mike Doelo, Brooklyn United Marching Band and Salsa Salsa Dance Studio, It’s Showtime NYC, and DJ Annie Red. Food from Dekalb Market and Katz’s Delicatessen, and hot chocolate from Junior’s. Salsa party at City Point after the event. Free.

7 Common Meal and Talk, Flux Factory – Queens, 7pm – 9pm

Case Studios, an art and research collective in residence at Flux Factory, is investigating and mapping the broad culinary cultures along the route of the 7 Train. The group will host a meal & talk event in the Flux Gallery, with presentations from Gil Lopez (Queens Action Council), Jeff Orlick (Founder of the Momo Crawl) and Ethan Frisch (Burlap & Barrel).

A Drinking Game – The Three Amigos, Littlefield – Brooklyn, 8pm

Actors perform cult classics for a live audience. A new show every month. Each movie comes with a list of buzz words and phrases–when you hear one, a bell rings and everybody drinks. $10.
