$3 Sandwiches for National Sandwich Day, BONMi – Flatiron District, 9am – 9pm

BONMi be serving non-traditional banh mi sandwiches for $3. Options include chicken, pulled pork, tofu, and veggie sandwiches.

Skatefest 2017, Harold Ickes Playground – Brooklyn, 3pm – 6pm

At 3:00 p.m., designers and manufacturers will be bringing out parkour, bouldering, skating, and BMX equipment to try out. There will be live music, a pump track for off-road biking, a bouldering wall, and much more. Then, at 5:00 p.m., join a community input meeting, where you can share your ideas for building a skate and BMX park in the playground.

Church of Vinyl Record Fair, San Damiano Mission Catholic Church – Brooklyn, 4pm – midnight

Dealers include Academy Records, Boom Service, Fancy! Go Ape! Records and the Mix Tape Shop. Hosts will be spinning records all night. Free.

Amateur Burlesque Night, House of Yes – Brooklyn, 7pm – 10pm

Everyone can get almost-naked on stage, and now you can too… in front of an audience, under the spotlight, on the House of Yes stage! Come see the hilarious brilliance of total newbies and first timers taking off their clothes and showing off their moves. Free. RSVP.
